On the second of March we proceeded to Soweto (Mzimhlophe) to checkout Rha's Earthday Dance. We got a bit lost along the way and had to deal with Law enforcement but we eventually got there and it was all worth it. DJHerbal Illohim quickly graced the decks and blazed the dope Dubstep sounds which set the mood to dancing mode, although as he was playing there wasn't much of a crowd but he surely got us vibing nevertheless.

Next it was Smash upon the decks and as soon as dancehall started playing, we saw the crowd get live as body movements were creating a  scene of dancing ecstasy. His selection was on point and got me moving to the bass. If you were looking to accessorise Yellow Man had all the dope merchandise to go along with your outfit and personality. Suddenly there was a burst of life in the hall and it was packed. Then Shelektor Zee-Skull blessed us with some soothing earthsrong ragga and reggae tunes - bless up to her it was a dope set. With Shephard Stulla mceeing the show everything was on point.

Next up was Tandaring Dawta who made it even hotter. I like her style of selektion with a fine set of blazing dancehall tracks making the women wind and dancefloor shake. NC Dread blessed us with a fair live performance although I must say the Madibuseng Firelady touch (the dancer)  was a nice one - much respect. DJ Pepe set the floor on Fire, lookout for him. I think he's on his way to the top and I think its fair to say he set the standard for the night. Then it was Benji Dread with a live performance.

Next up was the man himself DJ Fanta, nobody bad like this man he done killed it with some earthstrong mixture of reggae and dancehall sounds which got us loving the vibrational waves coming through the speakers. Next up on the wheels of steel was Dj Pilzy Lee. She came through and blessed us with some hard dubstep core tunes. She got flava for days - much respect. My personal favorite for the night, DJ CoppaShot came onto the stage and started turning things around with hard raw dancehall tunes. I lie not when i say he's set was one of the realest  that night with his technical mixing skills and dope track selection abilities.

Much respekt to the masses that came through! Large up to Rha, DJHerbal Illohim and the Audiotopsy team. Emagazine First, Its first class all the way!!!
